National and Research Labs Career Event

National and Research Labs Career Event is an annual event for R&D Centers from all research areas and sponsoring agencies to speak with students. 

Students from Science, Engineering, and Computing programs connect with employer partners to learn information on their laboratories and explore co-ops, internships, research, and full-time opportunities.

October 19

Virtual Information Sessions 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Virtual Employer Panel 5:00 - 5:50 p.m.
Employers and alumni from our partner labs will talk about how to make yourself a good candidate for a job with a national lab, as well as what it’s like to work for a lab. RIT Career Connect 


October 20

Virtual Information Sessions 1:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Virtual Student Panel 12:00 - 12:50 p.m.
Students who have co-oped for a lab will discuss their experience on co-op as well as the benefits of working for a lab. RIT Career Connect


October 26-27

Virtual 1:1 Networking 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Labs schedule 10-15 minute networking sessions to connect individually with students interested in their organization.
